The
following highlights are important for the dealer to
understand:
- Every contract has the important
information and details on the bottom part of
the contract application. As a dealer, please
be sure to explain the procedure to the customer.
- Explain that in the event
of a disabling breakdown the customer is to
call 1-800-293-3543 and the customer’s
member number is Guardian Warranty’s contract
number that is issued to the customer on the
acceptance card.
- There is a maximum use of five (5) road services,
any combination thereof, available per contract.

1. EMERGENCY ROAD SERVICE / TOWING
The customer is covered
up to $35 for the road service and up to $50 per towing
disablement
Up to 25 miles
2. BATTERY SERVICE
If the battery fails, a jump-start will be applied to
the disabled vehicle.
3. FLAT TIRE ASSISTANCE
Due to a flat or damaged tire, a service vehicle will
be dispatched to change the spare from the tire mount
to the wheel axle.
4. LOCK-OUT SERVICE
If the customer should happen to lose or lock their
keys in the vehicle, a locksmith or service vehicle
will be sent to assist.
5. FUEL / FLUID DELIVERY
If the customer’s vehicle requires an emergency
supply of gasoline, diesel fuel, oil or coolant. Customer
pays for the materials used.
We offer professional claims coverage anywhere in the
United States and Canada. Approved repair facilities
can obtain authorization by contacting our claims department
PRIOR* to any work being done on your vehicle. Prompt
payment of claims are made directly to the repair facility
within 5 days.
