When does the 24 / 7 Roadside Assistance Program become effective?
It is important to note that our Roadside Assistance Program is included on all GWC contracts except the Powertrain coverage. Coverage does not become effective until the contract payment is received. Dealers should protect themselves and their customers by submitting all paperwork in a timely manner.

Is Powertrain Coverage available on the New-Late Model Extended Coverage?
Only the standard and Comprehensive are available on these vehicles.

My dealer told me I would receive a card with all my warranty information on it. When can I expect to receive my card?
An acceptance card will be sent out in 24 hours from receiving the contract with payment.

Can I purchase a contract without going through a dealer?
Only through a GWC authorized dealer where the vehicle was purchased.
